General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
(1) The language available for concluding the contract is German .
(2) We will save the contract text and send you the order details and these terms and conditions in text form. You can also view the contract text in your customer login.
4. Contract conclusion and correction options
(1) By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
(2) You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the ordering process.
(3) The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
5. Prices, sales tax, differential taxation
(1) All prices are quoted in euros and include the applicable statutory value added tax and exclude any shipping costs.
(2) For used products, differential taxation may apply in accordance with Section 25a of the German VAT Act ; in this case, VAT cannot be shown separately on the invoice.
(3) The final prices shown at checkout include, where applicable, the value added tax applicable to the delivery address within the European Union.
6. Payment methods and due date
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop. If services from external payment providers are used, their terms and conditions/privacy policies also apply.

Prepayment : We will send you our bank details in a separate email. Shipping/collection after payment has been received.

Credit card : Charged immediately after order placement.

SEPA Direct Debit : By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA mandate. Pre-notification will be sent at least one banking day before the debit is processed. The debit will be processed before shipment.

PayPal / PayPal Express : Payment transaction immediately after ordering via PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA; further PayPal options may be offered by PayPal.

Apple Pay / Google Pay (if offered at checkout): Charged immediately after order placement.

Instant bank transfer (Klarna) and, if applicable, Klarna payment methods (e.g. invoice/installment purchase, if displayed in the checkout): Contractual relationship with Klarna in this respect; credit check possible.

No additional fees will be charged by us for each payment method. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Retention of title : The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery area, delivery conditions and shipping costs
7.1 Delivery area
We deliver to all EU member states .
7.2 Shipping providers and delivery times
Shipping is handled by DHL . Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery time is approximately 1–3 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days within the EU from the conclusion of the contract or (in the case of advance payment/SEPA) from receipt of payment.

7.4 Click & Collect – Collection at the Münster Golf Shop
In addition to shipping, we offer the option of collecting your online order from the golf shop ( Click & Collect ):

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Collection period: 7 calendar days from notification.

Verification: Please bring your order confirmation and an official identification document. Collection by a third party is possible with written authorization and presentation of the order confirmation.

If the order is not collected within the specified period, it will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded via the same payment method.
7.5 Transfer of Risk
In the case of shipping, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods. In the case of in-store pickup (Click & Collect), the risk passes upon handover at the store.
7.6 Transport damage (please note, not mandatory)
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery driver immediately, if possible, and contact us immediately using the contact details provided in the legal notice. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .
(2) Return shipping costs:

Germany: We will bear the direct costs of the return shipment; you will receive a return label from us.

EU (outside of Germany): The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
(3) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal exist only in the cases provided for by law (e.g. sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection/hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; custom-made goods).
(4) We will provide you with a separate cancellation policy with a sample cancellation form in text form; it is also available via our online shop.
9. Warranty (liability for defects) and condition of used goods
(1) The statutory warranty law applies.
(2) Used goods: For consumers, the warranty period for used items is 12 months from delivery. This reduction does not apply to claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part.
(3) Information on any manufacturer's warranties and their terms and conditions that may be specified for the product can be found with the respective item. We do not offer any voluntary dealer warranties beyond the statutory warranty .

11. Retention of title, default of payment
(1) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
(2) If individual payment methods (e.g. invoice via payment service providers) provide for a later due date, the statutory default rules apply; we are entitled to demand statutory default interest after default has occurred.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution / OS Platform
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). With respect to consumers whose habitual residence is in another EU member state, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection afforded is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
14. Final Provisions
(1) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) The language of the contract is German. Any translations are for informational purposes only.
