Why do I sometimes receive a used box?
We are committed to sustainability. This also means using boxes/packaging material that has already been in circulation. Of course, we carefully check in advance whether your items will arrive undamaged in this box.
Are there special offers or discounts for golf clubs or bulk orders?
Of course! Feel free to talk to us and we will find an individual solution for you. We offer attractive offers and discounts for your golf club as well as for bulk orders.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, of course! After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status of your product at any time.
Can I trade in used golf equipment with you?
Absolutely! Simply use our contact form, send us an email or contact us via WhatsApp. We are happy to accept used golf equipment as payment and offer fair conditions.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages?
We don't currently have any standard gift wrapping options, but we're always looking to find custom solutions. Just ask us and we'll do our best to meet your specific requirements and make your gift extra special.
Do you offer golf equipment repair services?
We offer repair services for certain golf equipment. Please contact us with details of the product requiring repair and we will provide you with information on the repair options available.
Are there any accessories included with my golf club?
Accessories such as club covers and adjustment keys are only included with the products if this is mentioned in the product description. This applies to new and used golf clubs.
