7.6 Transport Damage (please note, not a legal obligation)

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately using the contact details listed in our legal notice (Impressum). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

  • EU (outside Germany): The customer bears the direct costs of the return.
    (3) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal exist only in the cases provided for by law (e.g. sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; custom-made goods).
    (4) We provide you with a separate withdrawal policy including a sample withdrawal form in text form; it is also available via our online shop.

(1) The statutory warranty law applies.

11. Retention of Title, Default of Payment

(1) The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
(2) If individual payment methods (e.g. invoice via a payment provider) provide for a later due date, the statutory rules on default apply; we are entitled to charge statutory default interest once default has occurred.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution / ODR Platform

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers with their habitual residence in another EU member state, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

14. Final Provisions

(1) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) The language of the contract is German. Any translations are for informational purposes only.
